ODE TO ODELLO

My most recent Betty inspired project was created in response to Grayson Perry's Art Club challenges, for the prompt of "WORK".

well, if work to me is art, and art is important because of Betty... how could I not base this project around her? (again!) 

​

So I did. I created a memorial artwork using her old artist's smock, coating it in cyanotype sensitiser and exposing it to an eclectic range of images and items which I felt best represented the woman and artist I admire so much.
