Journal Circle

Join Liberty in her studio for a morning around the craft table, filling up your journal pages, trying new styles and materials, and making use of Me & Frank's abundance of wellbeing tools!

Come fill up your pages with colourful backdrops for your journalling practice... sometimes the paint becomes the whole page and you might want to leave it as is, other times it's a great surface to write on, and sometimes it can even prompt you what to write about/think through. Make use of a vast array of creative supplies (because Libby & Pea LOVE shopping for craft supplies), and wellbeing tools (affirmation cards, poetry books, art magazines and books, crystals, essential oils etc.) to help inspire and support you throughout the session. Make a list of Journalling prompts to take away with you, and work through on your gorgeous new pages.

This is a self-led session, supported by Liberty; you will be free to explore at  your own pace, ask questions, have a look around, etc. If you want a little more guidance & structure, please look out for our introduction to creative journalling for wellbeing sessions.

Designed for those who already have a journal, but don't worry Liberty has some available to purchase in her studio!

This is a casual drop-in style session, don't worry if you're a little late, the session will be open from 10am to 12pm, and run reguarly, so you won't miss out.

Each session will look a little different depending on the energy in the room, so if you're looking for something specific just let us know!
