About the event
Join us for two very special day events as we step into Spring. We will gather to deepen our connection to self, Earth, and wellbeing. We will honour and nurture our bodies, and explore ways to support our emotions and minds, in a gentle and community based workshop.
Pt.1, 10.30 - 12.00: led by Rebecca Bindon enjoy a taster session of her Sound, Meditation, Stretch experience. During this session we will be exploring and diving deeply into the healing realms of sound, stretch, meditation, plant medicine and divine guidance. Each month we will be focussing on a different plant medicine, body system, sound frequency and movement type. (More info below)
LUNCH, 12.00 - 13.00: A nourishing buffet will be layed out for a community style lunch, where you can gain sustenance and social interaction. (don't worry, it's not all salads... but it'll be far from all beige!)
Pt.2, 13.00 - 16.00: led by Pea & Libby in the dining room, and centre around sharing our passions for essential oils and creativity as powerful tools for wellbeing. We will share with you simple and effective ways to work wellbeing into your life, to support mental and physical health, emotions and connection to self. The sessions will differ slightly (see themes below), but you'll always leave with something lovely to take home and use to support your ongoing journey with wellbeing.

What is Sound Meditation and Stretch? (SMS)
It is a one and a half hour session where we use musical sounds to send signals to muscles which are out of balance and maybe causing pain or discomfort and bring these back to optimum function with gentle stretching exercises.
Meditation and Stretching have a lot in common as both encourage movement and flow throughout our bodies and both achieve the best results when we are present in the moment.
Guided sound meditation is used to prepare the body for the gentle physical stretches and movement so that maximum benefit can be achieved from these.
The session is designed to improve the function of your lymphatic system. The lymphatic system does not have a pump like your heart so it requires movement and vibrations to work efficiently.
How is the session bespoke for each individual attending?
We will ask if you have a specific area on which you would like to focus. If you don't have one it only takes a few seconds to muscle test for your weak areas and is a quick, easy and non invasive way to find out exactly what you need in order to feel better.
I feel fit and healthy - is the session for me?
Definitely - you will enjoy a new experience. You may find you have a weakness you didn't even know about.
